Evan Sims - Sr. Carpenter.
Raised in Camp Sherman, Oregon, Evan Sims grew up exploring the forests and banks of the Metolius River, where fort building and fishing garnered an appreciation for nature and hands-on learning.
Evan earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from Southern Oregon University in Ashland and spent ten years teaching tennis across the Pacific Northwest before turning a lifelong passion for woodworking into a profession. He later trained in Seattle restoring historic Victorian homes, working frame to finish, developing an eye for detail and appreciation for both modern and traditional design.
Since returning to Central Oregon in 2019, he has focused on custom homes and thoughtful remodels. Outside of work, Evan spends time in the Cascades and along the coast with his wife, three daughters, and their chocolate lab.
