Jacob Atkinson is a Construction Project Manager at Life Design Build with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction. His path into the building industry began with a background in building fire science, followed by advanced training as a certified home inspector. He later helped launch and manage a new branch of Bent Nail Inspections in Salt Lake City, where he trained inspectors and supported company growth, before moving into custom home construction in Utah and luxury residential projects in Central Oregon.

Jacob brings a technical, analytical, and quality-driven approach to every project. He enjoys the science behind construction and is skilled at turning complex details into clear systems that help projects run smoothly. His experience allows him to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly with clients and trade partners, and maintain high standards from start to finish.

Outside of work, Jacob’s favorite time is spent with his wife and two young children. He also enjoys reading, exercising, and catching a good show or movie when time allows. His experiences living in different parts of the country have shaped an adaptable perspective and a deep appreciation for building homes that families can enjoy for generations.
