Bailey Demaris - Jr. Carpenter + General Laborer.

A Bend local, born and raised, Bailey Demaris has always had a love for the beautiful scenery and picturesque views that his home has to offer. Bailey began his journey as a finish carpenter in early May of 2024 but has always had an interest in architectural design. His fascination began from a very young age through the introduction of LEGO bricks and other various building style toys and games, and has only evolved throughout his lifetime.

Bailey was introduced to finish carpentry, and subsequently Life Design Build, through Kelik Summer. Bailey met Kelik at a local Celtic Festival, and after joining the Bend based Belegarth group led by Kelik they quickly developed a strong friendship. After about a year of sword fighting together on a weekly basis Kelik extended the offer to bring Bailey on as his apprentice. Bailey’s ultimate goal at Life Design Build is to learn how to design a home from the ground up and eventually become a licensed architect, but first he wants to learn the trade, hands-on, from as many angles as possible.

Bailey spends his free time sword fighting, writing, and creating stories alongside his friends. He loves spending time with his loved ones, and especially with his pets. A nerd in all aspects Bailey also has a deep love for mythology, comic books, fantasy, and sci-fi of nearly all varieties.
